A Mom herself, Pub Republic’s owner sought to create an inviting atmosphere that is enjoyable for the entire family. She discovered that her son would only eat fruits and vegetables when they were served before the meal – so Pub Republic serves carrots and apple slices to children when they first arrive.
Using high-quality local, fresh ingredients such as Mary’s or Petaluma Farms free-range chicken, grass-fed beef from Golden Gate Meats, or organic produce hand-selected by our Chef from neighborhood sustainable Green String Farms and other local purveyors.
We offer a well thought out menu with a balanced selection of guilty pleasures and healthier options, all prepared in a lighter and fresher way. All of our dishes are prepared from scratch – including our veggie burger patties, aioli’s, sauces, and salad dressings. We can accommodate most dietary restrictions and have a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options available.
