Shimmering glass mercury lights add an element of sophisticated elegance, where wood floors and stone accents impart a rustic feel. Petaluma’s Adobe Creek, and lush green weeping willows provide the backdrop for outdoor dining on the Pub Garden Patio (where friendly dogs are welcome).

Whether on a first date, celebrating a birthday, or having a beer after a game of golf; Pub Republic’s warm atmosphere will be reminiscent of the times spent at a favorite place found in previous travels. Pub Republic brings Petaluma a welcoming refuge for countless patrons seeking a home away from home – while promoting and maintaining a distinct Sonoma County feel.

KIDS + FAMILY

Coloring and activity sheets keep the kids occupied while Mom and Dad enjoy a craft beer from one of our local breweries. Our affordable Pub Kid’s menu includes a selection of items using all-natural ingredients, grass-fed beef, free-range chicken and organic produce whenever possible.

Special events and activities are geared towards children and families during the holidays — such as our 7pm New Year’s Eve balloon drop and sparkling wine/apple juice toast, which has been a family favorite year after year.

A Mom herself, Pub Republic’s owner sought to create an inviting atmosphere that is enjoyable for the entire family. She discovered that her son would only eat fruits and vegetables when they were served before the meal – so Pub Republic serves carrots and apple slices to children when they first arrive.

Using high-quality local, fresh ingredients such as Mary’s or Petaluma Farms free-range chicken, grass-fed beef from Golden Gate Meats, or organic produce hand-selected by our Chef from neighborhood sustainable Green String Farms and other local purveyors.

We offer a well thought out menu with a balanced selection of guilty pleasures and healthier options, all prepared in a lighter and fresher way. All of our dishes are prepared from scratch – including our veggie burger patties, aioli’s, sauces, and salad dressings. We can accommodate most dietary restrictions and have a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options available.

CREATIVE + WHIMSICAL

Pub Republic’s menu is unique, and offers whimsical twists on traditional pub fare. Menu items including Stout-Braised Beef Shepherd’s Pie and the Hop-Malt Rubbed Grass-Fed Trappist Monk Burger, cater to any craft-beer lover. Most known for our Brussels Sprout Tacos, Pub Republic prepares about 15,000 of them per year!

Brunch menu favorites include our Fried Chicken French Toast, or Brussels Sprout Bacon Hash & Eggs; while our Happy Hour Menu showcases its own creative spin with meaty and mildly spicy Cholula Buffalo Chicken Legs, or the Sweet Potato Chicken Quesadillas served with a house-made Honey Sour Cream. Got a sweet tooth? Bread Pudding options change often, and the Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse Cake is always a crowd pleaser.
